Nirbhay Prashant is a seasoned Advocate practicing before the Patna High Court with over 14 years of extensive litigation experience. Prior to establishing Juristus, he served as Retainer Counsel for Cement Corporation of India and Rashtriya Chemicals & Fertilizers, representing them in civil, commercial, and contractual proceedings, while also providing structured legal opinions and strategic advisory support.
He has further served as Assistant Counsel for the State of Bihar, representing key governmental departments with notable success in complex matters.
